Our approach
A thorough clinical interview is at the beginning of our relationship with every patient.
All questions are answered and possible treatment options are discussed.
We then we agree on a treatment plan and start working on it.
Therapies are based on
- manual therapies including massage,
- detailed patient information,
- therapeutic exercise.
We believe that, in many cases, the best physiotherapy approach is one that empowers patients
to manage their condition independently in the long term. Our aim is to give you the knowledge
and skills you need to address your concerns without having to rely on ongoing physiotherapy.
Of course, we remain available to answer questions and help you deal with any problems that may arise later.
